How do I leave a review?

You can leave a review by finding the product you purchased on our site and visiting the link. From there you will scroll down the product description until you see "customer reviews". Click on "write a review". You will fill out the small section and click "submit review" when finished. We always appreciate your feedback!

How long do proofs take?

Proofs take about 24-48 hours or less.

When will my items ship?

Depending on the items you order, shipping times vary. Be sure to check the individual item description for shipping times. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order ships, delivery times vary. Your order will come with tracking information so you can stay up to date with where it is. 

Can you rush my order?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time for the product to arrive. 

How is my item shipped?

We ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX depending on the items you order. Smaller items such as bridesmaids cards and wine labels ship via USPS in a flat rigid mailer to avoid bending. Large art prints are shipped via USPS in a tube rolled up.

 The tracking on my package says "in transit", where is it?

Any questions regarding where your package is will need to be discussed with the post office as we do not have any further info on tracking once it leaves our office. If your package says "delivered" but you are unable to locate it, please contact us and we will do our best assist.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges as most of our products are made directly from your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do on some products! Please understand the international shipping rates can be a bit more expensive than domestic rates.

Where are you located?

We call Kansas City, Missouri home!

Can you do custom designs?

While we are not able to make completely custom designs, we can make small changes to current designs such as font, font color and wording changes. Just send us a message and we will let you know if we can help.

How do I sign up for emails + promotions?

You can sign up by scrolling to the bottom of the home page and entering your email.

How do I login to my account?

You can login or create an account by clicking on the  Account - Cleary Lane  icon at the top of the page.

Can I change the address on my order?

We are unable to change the address on your order once it has shipped. You may however contact us at orders@clearylaneco.com to see if we can update it before shipping, but we can offer no guarantee.

What is your refund policy?

Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of our digital downloads, all sales are final.

Printed & Shipped items:
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing orders@clearylaneco.com.

Items containing custom details (names, date, etc.) cannot be refunded. If there is an error made on those custom items or the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the items arriving at orders@clearylaneco.com. Be sure to reference your order number.
